The institute is located in a lush green campus of 80 acres near the Kelageri lake in Dharwad. The institute is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), New Delhi, and affiliated to the Karnatak University, Dharwad. The institute is also recognized by the Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust (SAST), as a rehabilitation centre. The institute equips the students with best-in-class medicine and health course in the field of speech and hearing sciences.
Courses Offered
The institute offers Bachelors of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) Course (4 years course, which includes 1 year internship program). Admissions, curriculum, examinations and vacations all adhere to the guidelines of Karnatak University, Dharwad,and also to the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), New Delhi.
Eligibility
Minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST Candidates) in science group in their PUC or + 2 or any Equivalent examination.
