JSSISH Mysuru

JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysuru, established the first Speech and Hearing Institute in Mysuru in 2001, focusing on offering quality education and training in speech and hearing sciences. The institute is affiliated with the University of Mysore and is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, Govt. of India. The institute offers graduate (B.ASLP), postgraduate (M.ASLP) courses, and PhD in Speech and Hearing, strongly emphasizing research and clinical training.

The institute has experienced and highly qualified faculty committed to providing their students with the best possible education. They are supported by a well-established library, clinical and academic facilities that offer a comprehensive learning environment for the students.

The institute is also a centre for free cochlear implant surgery under the ADIP scheme of the Govt of India. This has made it possible for many hearing-impaired patients to receive life-changing surgical intervention, and the institute is proud to be associated with such a noble cause.
